Abstract
This workshop presents a chronology of events and discussions that led to the development of four micro-credential courses in response to specific industry demands. After lengthy consultation with key stakeholders, the Hy-flex, Flipped Learning Model was adopted and implemented. Many amendments to the initial model have been applied and continuous improvement initiatives have enabled adjustments to the many challenges of such a multi-faceted delivery model.
