About

Dr Kerry Anne Toyer's research explores the intersection of social impact, strategic management, digital transformation, and business management education, with a particular focus on Australian small businesses and their contribution to economic and community resilience. She investigates how organisations can leverage innovation, technology, and evidence-based decision-making to create sustainable value and positive societal outcomes. Her Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (SoLT) research examines experiential learning, educational technologies, student engagement, and research capability development. Through qualitative and mixed methods research, her work bridges theory and practice to enhance organisational performance, student success, and social impact.
