Biography

Dr Noel Tracey's research includes partnerships with industry and government that provide the opportunity to investigate topics related to regional development, including small business resilience in times of crisis, entrepreneurial ecosystem benchmarking, and regional reputation. Prior to academia, he led operations at state and regional level for several well-known retail brands and has held senior executive responsibilities for environmentally focused, sustainable businesses and is currently a director for a community focused not-for-profit. Noel has lectured for over 21 years at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the areas of sustainability, governance, employment relations, management, strategy, leadership.
