Biography

Trish Wilson is an AHPRA registered nurse, with significant experience in managing diverse multi-disciplinary teams within the community setting.

At the Thompson Institute, she oversees the clinical management of the staff working in the Clinical Research Unit and the teams providing the clinical programs including EMERALD, a well-being and lifestyle focused mental health program, and MYNDSET, a specialist young people’s mental health program.

Trish has experience working across multiple settings, including teaching, research, and clinical roles. She brings expertise in developing high functioning, collaborative teams that achieve success and create positive health outcomes for communities. She has over 20 years’ experience in working in mental health and well-being, with a focus on early intervention and prevention.

Her areas of research include perinatal loss, maternal-fetal attachment and integrative oncology.
