About

Daeul is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Indigenous and Transcultural Research Centre and the Centre of Excellence for Indigenous Futures. She is South Korean; she finished K12 and undergraduate education in Korea and also worked in the curriculum development industry. She is also a former NGO worker who worked with Indigenous peoples in Laos and Ecuador. Her research interest includes education for Indigenous peoples, Indigenous economic success, cultural diversity, education policy, and global frameworks (e.g. the Sustainable Development Goals).
