These six reports represent the results of the first year of study that has developed a framework for benchmarking regional reputation. The project has surveyed business owners within the region and externally to establish a benchmark of Moreton Bay's reputation. This will be followed by a further two years of surveying to establish any change in reputation. The survey data has been supplemented by thematic and discourse analysis of media narratives of three regions at different points on the 'entrepreneurial' identity development.
