This workshop explores the innovative use of avatars in online undergraduate business management education. With the rise of virtual learning environments, avatars present distinct opportunities to boost student engagement, support experiential learning, and cultivate essential interpersonal skills. This session will introduce contemporary research and practical applications through an experiential demonstration of avatar-based learning. It will address the integration of traditional classroom experiences with online education and propose potential future research agendas, especially within business management contexts.
