Biography
Simone practised locally for just short of 22 years, and was a partner of a prominent local Law firm for the last 15 years. Practice included all areas of General practice, with specific interest and focus in Family Law and Litigation, Succession law and Sports Law. Simone has recently a PhD Towards Guidelines for the Inclusion of Children with Disability in Sport: How framing the treatment of children with disability in competitive sport as discrimination leads to true inclusion.
Simone has a great interest and researches in discrimination issues, and the equitable treatment of minorities or the underrepresented and excluded.
