Dr Odette Norton teaches across numerous courses in the discipline of psychology and is a Lecturer in Psychology. Odette co-ordinates The Physiological Psychology (PSY202), Cognitive and Perceptual Psychology (PSY301), and Human Associative Learning (PSY304) courses.

Odette is an early career researcher, and her current areas of research include women's body image and appearance modification strategies, including use of cosmetic medical procedures and GLP-1 type drugs for weight loss; the influence of attentional processing of appearance-related information and attention biases on body image; psychosocial factors influencing continuation and discontinuation of use of GLP-1 type drugs.
