Biography

Naomi is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who is passionate about learning. Naomi's love for learning is what has drawn her toward teaching and research. Naomi compled her PhD and investigating dietary intake methods to assess lutein and zeaxanthin intake and their impact on macular pigment optical density. Naomi is interested in how systems and structures impact sustainability and wellbeing through policy, technology and weight bias.
