About

My research examines the intersection of constitutional law, democracy, and human rights, with a particular focus on how power dynamics and institutional frameworks affect democratic governance and international legal norms in Australia and Latin America. I employ interdisciplinary and comparative methods to analyse democratic backsliding, regional integration, and the legitimacy of global institutions.
