Jenna Campton

Biography

Dr Jenna Campton is a lecturer in Management in the School of Business and Creative Industries. Jenna is passionate about engaging teaching and has taught organisational behaviour, research methodology, and analysis to both undergraduates and postgraduates.

Jenna's research centres on stress and well-being across diverse work contexts, including employees, volunteers, small business owners, and entrepreneurs. She is particularly interested in how societal expectations and institutional pressures shape internalised stress, burnout, and resistance. Her work spans mixed methods research, including statistical modelling and qualitative approaches, and engages critical lenses.

Jenna supervises higher degree research students in Australia and overseas. Currently she does not have capacity for more supervisions at this stage.
