About

Erin is currently completing a Master of Research within the Centre for Human Factors and Sociotechnical Systems at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Her thesis examines the impact of power on team performance and patient safety, specifically in the hospital medication system. Prior to this higher degree research role, Erin has successfully completed a post-graduate master’s degree in health promotion and holds a dual undergraduate bachelor's degree in education and human services.
