My research project aims to investigate the school food environment (SFE) and its impact on dietary intake and nutritional status among school-age children in the Pacific’s Small Island Developing States (PSIDS), with a specific focus on aquatic foods (AF). The study intends to identify enabling factors, barriers, and potential solutions to enhance the role of AF within the SFE and improve nutritional intake in the PSIDS.
