About

My masters research project investigated the impact of the Global Financial Crisis had on preservation activities in a single academic library service. The sole outcome of this project was a practical understanding of the research process. Six years later, I collaborated on a discussion article about staffing regional academic libraries. The publication led to my interest in library services in regional, rural, and remote Australia. Specifically, the staffing and archival challenges experienced by these services, as well as the impact they have on communities co-located with a regional university.
