Dr Celine Jona conducts research into understanding and supporting mental health in health practitioners and is passionate about understanding the most effective preventative health care practices to improve mental health and wellbeing in health practitioners and the general population. Celine also conducts research into teaching methods in psychology training to better understand the most effective teaching methods to support psychology trainees to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to become the most successful clinicians and researchers in the future.
Celine is a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology in the School of Health and joined the School as a Lecturer in Psychology in 2022. Prior to joining UniSC, Celine completed a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) at Deakin University. Celine also completed a Masters in Psychology (Clinical) at UniSC. Celine is a clinical psychologist, and has worked across various public and private clinical settings.
