Abstract
This report details the progress made in completing a year long study into the performance of permeable pavement systems. The investigation includes the collecting of sediment from five locations across the Sunshine Coast, testing of the sediment and creating an aggregate filtration device to test infiltration rates. Thus far the sediment has been collected and particle distribution curves and tests for organic content have been undertaken. The results of these tests have also been tabularised and results analysed. This report has been written in conjunction with a final report that is to be completed by the end of the year. As a result, this report features sections that are yet to be completed. For these sections the likely contents will be outlined.
