Abstract
This is the final chapter in the first mentoring textbook focused on the midwifery context and viewed from a global perspective. In this chapter, we provide a brief overview of what the textbook revealed from midwifery clinicians, academics, clinical educators, researchers, leaders, and clinicians around the world. We then go on to present what initiatives or plans might be implemented to support the establishment and sustainability of mentoring programmes in midwifery.
