Abstract
This document is the first of three, reporting on the Building Clinical Leadership Capacity and Reducing Administrative Burden for Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers project. The project entailed multiple strategies that were implemented by the SCHHS to support NUMs/MUMs. Funding for this project was received from the Office of Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer (OCNMO), Queensland Government in 2017.
