Abstract
A State Health Department initiative. Evaluative Report (The First 13 Months). The Report provides an evaluation of the Health Matters Shop which is a component of the Health Department's Peel Health Project. The evaluation involved telephone surveys with shop customers at the 6 month and 12 month points of the project. This evaluative material is presented along with extensive data on customer demographics and service provision patterns and a description of promotional activities.
