Abstract
This Synopsis provides an overview of the informing theoretical and ethical constructs that have been used by ECU in our work with Alcoa and Yarloop people. It also presents a still forming analysis of the nature of the Alcoa/ECU Partnership, current conditions and possible scenarios, including for the ECU resource. An overview of the business case for the Partnership is provided, using the BPS format adopted by Alcoa, for easy summary of key points. A powerpoint presentation is to be given as a complement to the Synopsis - a copy of which is provided in a later section.
