Abstract
The Timber Circularity Project led by the National Centre for Timber Durability and Design Life and supported by industry, is tackling the challenges of recycling treated timber and engineered wood products (EWP). Significant progress has been made in quantifying and analysing the condition of end-of-life resources nationally.
The current project phase involves an assessment of regulatory challenges which will result in a Report and Information Sheets that will provide information for industry and regulators. The aim of the workshop was to gather industry insights to align key messaging for communication to regulators and better understand industry issues with moving towards a circular economy.
