My-AHA: D7.3 Report about the standard protocol for subject’s enrolment in the evaluation program
MY-AHA Consortium
2017
Abstract
The purpose of "my-AHA" project support active and healthy aging by enabling early detection and minimization of risks associated with aging. In order to do so, the effects of a specific platform will be evaluated in a large group of healthy subjects, at risk for developing frailty. These effects will be evaluated first in a small group of motivated volunteers (wave 1 or alpha-wave), and then in a large group of subjects according to a RCT protocol (wave 2 or randomized controlled study). Each center involved in the my-AHA study will define a principal investigator responsible for subject's enrolment. Subjects will be selected by the principal investigator, according to both inclusion and exclusion criteria, detailed in the protocol. Furthermore, this deliverable describes feasibility in subject's recruitment in different centers, strategies for recruitment and retention, the criteria in examining previous medical conditions. Finally, the perspectives and the problems arising from subject's enrolment will be summarized.
