My-AHA: D2.2 Report on general invention workflows
MY-AHA Consortium
2016
Abstract
The purpose of risk models is to integrate data from a number of sources within the my-AHA platform to provide end users with feedback regarding their personal risk of decline in four domains (e.g. physical function, cognitive function, psychological state, and social resources). Personalized risk models are based on theoretical and practical findings pertaining to interrelations between personal data, known risk factors, and outcomes. By means of mathematical model risk factors and other collected data are integrated in order to predict risk for decline a specific domain. These risk scores are fed back to the end user via an interactive interface. This interface is the control centre where end users can monitor their progress, interact with medical professionals and the system, as well as get advice and recommendations. The data collected within my-AHA system is also of use for a number of stakeholders other than end users, such as NGOS. Furthermore, it may be used to develop and validate novel measures.
