This report aims to help L&D practitioners consider how they can best respond to changes in the external environment in order to improve the effectiveness of their learning practice, and in turn enhance organisational performance.
It also has wider relevance for those wishing to explore the impact of the key drivers of change. It is hoped that the report sparks insight and action, to encourage more organisations to align their L&D practice to future requirements.
