Abstract
This report aims to summarise the learnings gathered from a diverse range of health precincts in Australia and North America. It aims to inform the stakeholders of the emerging $5.3 billion Sunshine Coast Health Precinct being built at Kawana, Queensland. This significant infrastructure expenditure presents an opportunity to look now to a 'new wave' of economic and development investment drivers.
