This report examines how public sector agencies contribute to engagement with culturally and linguistically diverse communities within Queensland, and identifies: n Barriers to engagement ; n Current successful strategies for engagement with government; and n Key areas to further enhance the capacity of government to respond to their needs and concerns in the future.
