Abstract
This report was commissioned by Clinical Education and Training Queensland (ClinEdQ) in 2011 to outline the journey of a nursing/midwifery practice development team of a large regional public health service district in Queensland as it built its clinical placement capacity for undergraduate nursing students in clinical areas across acute care and community practice settings.
