This video outlines how to design culturally sensitive health services from the perspective of an Indigenous social marketing researcher. This video was a guest lecture in 2021 delivered to a QUT class on Innovation in Goods and Services run by Prof Rebekah Russell-Bennett. This video draws on a strengths-based approach to health service design.
