To navigate a VUCA future, WP needs protocols around ethics to help us form a shared understanding and document what it means to ‘do good’. An Australian WP Statement of Ethics will help bring us (back) together; remind us of and affirm our everyday practices; and create a legacy document that will shape expectations and
inform the behaviours of the next generation of WP professionals.
