Abstract
This is an event report of the virtual workshop on Advancing the skills agenda for reproducibility, open and FAIR which took place on 26th November 202 and was co-organised by the Open Research Competencies Coalition (ORCC) in cooperation with FAIRsFAIR and EOSC Synergy projects. The workshop aimed to identify and map the skills and competencies needed by the current and future open research support workforce.
