The Indigenous Nursing Support (INS) Model incorporates, orientation, retention and graduation tools. The "Helping Hands" INS Model, was awarded an Internal USQ Learning and Teaching Award. This work was generated from Lynne Stuart's empirical data, and became the foundation work for an National ALTC Citation in 2011.
