Using blogs and wikis to communicate with library clients

Abstract
Recent web 2.0 and Library 2.0 discussions have emphasised creating 'virtual communities'. where interactions take place primarily online. Collaborative technologies such as blogs, wikis and RSS feeds have a large role in creating these communities. So, how to use blogs and wikis within the framework of Web 2.0 and Library 2.0? What are the existing communication tools and how can we use them successfully?
