Abstract
Train to Gain is a national skills service to support employers of all sizes and in all sectors, to improve services and the skills of their employees as a way of improving overall performance and enhancing customer care. Train to Gain is a joint investment-employers and the Government working together to boost business by improving the skills of individual staff members.
