Abstract

Urban and Regional Planning Clothing prehistoric Maori
This article discussed the importance of collaborative working relationships between planners, land developers, architects and archaeologists when considering developing or changing landscapes. An example of such a successful relationship was provided from the Mimiwhangata project coordinated by architects Turbott and Halstead which included an extensive archaeological site survey of the land proposed for development.
