Abstract
The article discusses the applicability and issues associated with the use of information communication technologies(ICT) for teaching in a primary classroom set up. The use of ICT have changed the role of teachers and they are required to attain advanced skills to educate students. Also, the teaching methods have become more student-centered and increases students' participation in education. Additionally, a research is conducted to study the use of ICT at a primary school in Queensland.
