Abstract
This article is an evaluation and analysis of the current state of global governance. It provides a summary of various aspects of global governance which are elaborated on within the articles of this issue, which include the role of the World Health Organization (WHO) in the SARS outbreak, the World Bank, International Whaling Commission (IWC) governance and international maritime governance.
