Corrigendum to “Use of kinetic data to model potential antioxidant activity: Radical scavenging capacity of Australian Eucalyptus honeys” [Food Chem. 342 (2021) 128332]
Food Chemistry, Vol.364, pp.1-3

PMID: 34161913
Abstract
The authors regret an error in the calculation of the Gallic Acid Equivalence (GAE), reported in Tables 2 and 3. The correct data is attached. The final concentration of filtered honey or sugar mixture was 0.15% (v/v), not 0.3% (v/v) as reported in 2.1.4. The changes in this corrigendum do not alter the conclusions of the study. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
