Abstract
A cabaret-inspired film clip in which "the inner critic" (a negative voice within someone's mind) is personified as a seductive torch singer, attempting to persuade the protagonist into believing the worst about himself. The film clip offers an entertaining exploration of mental health and employs the narrative therapy technique of externalization.
Director and Producer: Little Big Films; Written and performed by: Jo Loth; Pianist: Wade Gregory; Sound engineer: Chris Perren; Actor: Norman Doyle; Choreography: Emma Pursey; Hair and makeup: Louise Gavin.
