Abstract
The article introduces the new leadership of the International Journal of Childbirth, now titled International Journal of Childbirth: Women's and Reproductive Health Across the Lifespan, under the direction of the incoming Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editor. The name change reflects a broader focus on women's health throughout their lives, beyond childbirth, and emphasizes the importance of equity and inclusion in healthcare. The editorial team plans to enhance the journal's workflow and revise the editorial board's structure while expanding keywords to align with contemporary language and the journal's new scope. The editors, both experienced in midwifery and women's health research, aim to foster a diverse and inclusive environment for authors and contributors.
