Abstract
This collection contains a number of datasets relating to research in creating priority outcomes for Australian Barrimundi Farmers Asssociation members to better reposition their product on the domestic market. The collection includes transcripts of interviews, survey data, sensory analysis and focus group sessions from across the value chain, including producers, retailers, consumers and chefs. The research also included in-store testing of branding and point of sale material, as well as interviews with fishmongers on the value of recipe cards. Commissioned by Australian Seafood CRC.
