Abstract
The use of technology is ubiquitous in all types of businesses, yet it is not well integrated in our teaching. For example, the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is increasing the demands on business graduate students entering the job market. Therefore an understanding of ERP principles is now a requirement in many industries. The presentation introduces how an ERP system can be used for business case simulations in business programs, in particular in supply chain management teaching.
