Abstract
As learners, students acquire lots of knowledge and many skills. As workers, they add to this knowledge and skill base: They become lifelong learners. But how can they easily document their lifelong learning? This discussion will begin with a demonstration of the framework that provides the scaffolding for life-long learning for both teaching and learning. After all, infinity doesn't seem that far when you are learning all the time! After the demonstration, the discussion will be directed through a series of questions, such as: • Is it realistic to ask students to learn an apparently unrelated programming language so that they can construct their own resources that can be updated after they finish their degree? • Is to teach to learn; an infinite amount of times?
