The School of Law and Society offers the Peer Review and Enhancement of Practice (PREP) Program to academics and the PREP Program has undergone significant evolution in previous years. The four foundational pillars, being peer review, shared experiences, professional development and portfolio development, builds academic staff capability in teaching delivery and enhancing teaching quality, while also supporting academics in their career progression aspirations. The PREP Program continues to grow, and more academics are engaging, so there are increased opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and innovation within the School. The PREP Program provides a solution to the shifting landscape of academia.
