Abstract
Putting feelings into words and enhancing social connections have health benefits for people with acquired brain injury (ABI). Blogging is an opportunity to express feelings and enhance networks. People with ABI experience barriers to accessing the internet. Occupational therapists are in a unique position to facilitate access to virtual communities.
