Abstract
What information do students want to receive on their mobile phones? And when do they want it?In seeking answers to these questions, the University of the Sunshine Coast first asked administrators and academics what they perceived students would want pushed to their mobile phone. This was followed with focus group sessions and surveys with students to discover exactly what information they wanted and when they wanted to receive it on their mobile phone. It is no surprise that their responses differed, but where they differed at times was a surprise. The results of the investigation will be shared during this session.
