Abstract
This workshop explored issues and solutions around inclusion and engagement of Indigenous academics in the academy. The presentation considered some of the issues and ideas around inclusion, including workforce-related recommendations out of the 2012 Review of Higher Education Access and Outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, and focussed on identifying strategies within participants own institutions and communities of practice.
