This special session provides some initial findings from a research project that is investigating the employment rate and career progression of Indigenous graduates within marketing, and the DEI and other workplace initiatives within organisations that employ Indigenous university marketing students. It also provides a forum for wider discussion about university initiatives to include Indigenous students and embed Indigenous business perspectives and content in their pedagogy and research, and to discuss the results of the Inclusion and sense of belonging questions that were included in the recent survey of the ANZMAC community.
