Abstract
The First Year Experience Community of Practice (FYECoP) is being established for all academic, professional and sessional staff who have an interest in the First Year Experience. The purpose of this FYECoP is to improve student transition, experience, and retention by aligning FYE practice with first year curriculum principles and supporting academic and professional staff development. If you are interested in finding out more about the FYECoP then please come along and join us.
