Abstract
Peer Assisted Teaching Scheme (PATS) is an integrated quality enhancement process for collegial collaborative quality improvement of teaching and course design. The Scheme provides a structured framework for academics to reinvigorate their teaching, and/ or their course design through collegial conversations, and support. It provides a planned sequenced process for academics to share ideas, discuss improvement and develop future educational innovations in a supported process. USC has been part of the scheme since 2012 and there are now many successful partnerships across the university. This overview session will give opportunity for successful PATS partnerships to comment on the outcomes and reflections from multiple perspectives. [Presentation Abstract]
